چکیده
Aims: This work aims to evaluate the efficiency of Revent® 500 SC (Thidiazuron) concentrations as a bud breaker promoter in apple trees, cv. Maxi Gala and Supreme Fuji, through phenology, sprouting buds, fruit set production per plant.
Place Duration Study: The experiments were carried out southern Brazil, municipality Caçador / SC, during seasons from 2017 2019, cultivars Fuji Suprema Marubakaido M9.
 Methodology: treatments 1. Control (without application); 2. Mineral Oil (MO) 3.5% + Hydrogenated Cyanamide (HC) 0.35%; 3. MO HC 0.5%; 4. Thidiazuron (TDZ) 0.005%; 5. TDZ 0.01%; 6. 0.015%; 7.MO 0.02%; 8.MO 0.025%, applied stages B C. Several variables evaluated such axillary terminal set, plant average mass.
Results: All with breakers advanced phenological relation control three years. In all superior control. showed higher buds 2017/18 compared standard hydrogenated cyanamide. production, treatment 0.02% was than other 2018/19 2019/20 seasons, both cultivars. associated mineral oil is efficient inducing ‘Maxi Gala’ ‘Fuji Suprema’ trees can be used recover sprouts previous

Electrical Analysis of Corn Oil as an Alternative to Mineral Oil in Power Transformers
Abstract—In insulation and cooling of power transformers various liquids are used. Mineral oils have wide availability and low cost. However, they have a poor biodegradability potential and lower fire point in comparison with other insulating liquids. Use of a liquid having high biodegradability is important due to environmental consideration. This paper investigates edible corn oil as an alter...
متن کاملEffect of Copper Oxychloride and Volck® Mineral Oil on Blooming Time, Frost Resistance and Yield in Almond cv. “Mamaei”
Almond [Prunus dulcis (Mill.) D.A. Webb] is one of the most important cultivated fruit trees in Iran. Late frost in spring is a key limiting factor for almond productivity given that almond trees flower early in the spring in comparison with other temperate fruit trees. To decrease frost injury in “Mamaei” cultivar, this study was carried out in factorial randomized complete block design (CRBD)...
متن کاملEARLY BUD-BREAK 1 (EBB1) is a regulator of release from seasonal dormancy in poplar trees.
Trees from temperate latitudes transition between growth and dormancy to survive dehydration and freezing stress during winter months. We used activation tagging to isolate a dominant mutation affecting release from dormancy and identified the corresponding gene EARLY BUD-BREAK 1 (EBB1). We demonstrate through positioning of the tag, expression analysis, and retransformation experiments that EB...
متن کاملCartelized Oil Market with Alternative Energy Supply
This paper presents an oil price cartel model. The aggregate reaction functions for non-cartel producers and for substitute suppliers are included. The former group acts as a price-taker, while the latter expects oil prices in production of its non-oil energy resources. This expectation about prices affects a cartel’s oil demand and, thus, gives intertemporal price elasticities It turns out tha...

ABSTRACT- The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effects of chemical thinning on seasonal variations of leaf and fruit mineral compositions of ‘Soltani’ apple trees. Treatments, including unthinned control, naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) at 5 and 10 mg L-1, naphthaeneacetamide (NAD) at 25 and 50 mg L-1, benzyladenine (BA) at 50 and 100 mg L-1 and carbaryl at 500 and 1000 mg L-1 were appl...
